I first decided to do a blog after being an avid blog reader for a few years. I have always read musicians' and artists' blogs and have always loved them. It's like a more personal version of a website where we can succeed this someone or entity on a daily basis. Works out pretty well in the age of Twitter and Facebook, huh? Before long I idea that I should start my own blog. At first I wanted to share my beloved recipes, like my own cooking show. Then I thought, well, after someone else failed endeavor at starvation dieting, maybe I should do a weight loss blog. I could still do recipes like I had originally intended, but I would do salutary recipes and offer some tips on nutrition, all the while dropping pounds and posting about my journey. I know a lot about food and nourishment because I've done so much damn dieting. I have become an encyclopedia of nutritional knowledge over the years. It was perfect. Don't get me wrong, weight loss blogs are not my invention. In fact they've been around for a few years and I have since realized they are quite popular. I categorically wanted to be part of this movement. That's what it felt like: a movement. I could be held accountable by my blog readers, and I would also have a sustain system. Because that's all any someone losing weight categorically needs: a sustain system. Just like a drug addict, just like an alcoholic, a sustain theory makes or breaks someone's success. Self-will alone is not enough. Believe me. This online community thing is perfect. Of procedure there are online weight loss communities already, but blogging is so much more personal. It's undoubtedly not just someone else message board, it's your own creation.

Thousands of population have weight loss blogs. They are becoming more and more beloved by the wee and as I've explored this niche even more, I've learned that these population are categorically helping each other. This is genuine sustain and genuine good advice! These population aren't selling weight loss products or signing you up for millions of spammy newsletters. These are real population who have traveled the hard road of weight loss and fitness and have marvelous stories to share. And the best part: it's fun! I started my blog about a month ago, and its great to take the pictures, compose your blog, make videos, post recipes, and talk to your fellow "losers." You are doing a great thing and having fun at the same time. Plus it's extremely rewarding to hear feedback and realize you helped someone. Even if it's just a wee nudge, it feels great to teach as well as learn.

All in all, I hope this record motivates one to start their own weight loss blog, or at least read some. I believe they make up a whole new realm of sustain and motivation. It's easy and it's fun, and the rewards make it sweeter than any slice of coconut cream pie. You already have a Facebook account, and probably a Twitter account as well. If you want to lose weight and motivate as well as be motivated, blogging just may be the next best step. Communal media is taking over our world, and information is viral. It's the best time to start posting and clicking, motivating and inspiring. We could always use a wee more inspiration, anyway.
